This online store is operated under the name PetFormiX. These terms govern use of the store and purchases together with our shipping, refund, privacy and subscription policies.

Orders and pricing

We serve US delivery addresses. Prices are in USD. Your selected products, quantities, optional extras, applicable taxes and total are displayed before payment. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and use only an authorized payment method. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund unfulfilled items. We will not increase an accepted order price without your agreement.

Products and use

PetFormiX Pet Cleaner contains 300 ml per bottle. Packs contain one, two or three bottles. Follow the product label and check surface compatibility before use. Online descriptions do not replace label instructions. Availability and packaging may change; material differences affecting an order will be disclosed.

Subscriptions and extras

One-time purchases do not renew. Subscriptions renew at the chosen interval until cancelled under our subscription policy. Optional cart extras are displayed separately and can be removed before paying. They do not automatically recur.

Store access

Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security or infringe the rights of others. Third-party services are subject to their providers’ terms. Shopify supplies the ecommerce platform; PetFormiX is responsible for its products and merchant policies.

Rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us so we can try to resolve concerns. Mandatory consumer protections remain in force. Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to existing orders.
