Cancellation policy

Your recurring plan
A subscription is optional. Selecting Subscribe & Save authorizes recurring charges for the chosen pack until you cancel. The initial and recurring product prices are:
- 1 bottle, 300 ml: $15.95 every 30 days.
- 2 bottles, 600 ml: $25.54 every 60 days.
- 3 bottles, 900 ml: $35.13 every 90 days.
Standard US shipping is free on every delivery. Applicable taxes are additional and shown at checkout. Rush My Order and Shipping Protection purchased with the initial order are one-time extras and do not recur. These are ordering intervals, not a guarantee of how long a bottle lasts.
Manage or cancel
There is no minimum number of renewals or cancellation fee. Cancel future renewals before your next charge through the subscription management link supplied with your subscription, or email info@petformix.com using your order email address. Contact us for help pausing, skipping or changing a delivery.
Cancellation stops future charges. It does not automatically refund an order already charged. Contact us promptly to request cancellation of an unshipped order; shipped orders are handled under our refund policy. Your next billing date is shown in your subscription details. Returning one order does not cancel future renewals unless you also request cancellation.
Payment and changes
Keep your payment and delivery details current. An unsuccessful payment may be retried or your subscription paused. We will notify you of material changes, including price changes, before they take effect and obtain consent where required.
