Shipping policy

United States delivery

PetFormiX currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every 1-, 2- and 3-bottle pack, including subscription renewals. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Any shipment or delivery estimate displayed with your order applies to that order. Tracking information is sent when available. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel the unshipped order for a refund. Where no shipment time is stated, we will ship within 30 days or obtain your agreement to a delay; otherwise we will refund the unshipped order.

Optional order extras

Rush My Order — $4.95: Need it sooner? We’ll prioritize your order. This is priority processing, not a guaranteed delivery date or express carrier service.

Shipping Protection — $2.95: Protect your order during shipping. This optional extra is selected in the cart and can be switched off before checkout. Contact us if a shipment is lost or damaged so we can review and resolve the issue. It does not reduce your existing rights or make ordinary support conditional on buying protection.

Both extras are one-time charges and are not automatically added to subscription renewals. If a paid extra cannot be provided, we will refund that extra.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please check your address before paying. Email us promptly for corrections; changes may not be possible once an order has shipped. For missing, incorrect or damaged deliveries, include your order number and any available photos. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where required.
